Return Policy

If, after buying your first (1) pair of SWAV Performance or Lux underapparel product, and you are not 100% satisfied after first use, we will refund your entire purchase within 30 days.

For all consecutive purchases, we will refund your order if underapparel is unworn, unwashed and returned in original condition.

For all refunds, customers must make a claim within 30 days of purchase. We will cover the cost to return the products for all domestic (US) orders. This does not include international purchases. All refunds will be processed within 30 days of claim confirmation.

For all returns and to receive a full refund on purchases, begin the claiming process by emailing support@swavapparel.com with the following:

• short statement of why you are returning the product
• order number
• “ship from” address
